Welcome on board with JainVoyagers Group — your Business & Incentive voyage across New Zealand’s South Island is designed to blend productive sessions with inspiring landscapes and memorable team experiences.
Day 1 — Arrive Queenstown: Arrive and settle into a conference-friendly hotel. Conduct a short welcome meeting followed by a lakeside walk. Evening networking dinner sets the tone for the incentive journey.
Day 2 — Queenstown to Wanaka: Drive the Crown Range with scenic stops and refreshment breaks. Arrive Wanaka for lakeside networking walk and casual meetings. Dinner is reserved for group discussions.
Day 3 — Wanaka to Tekapo: Travel through alpine scenery with lunch stop. Conduct a short strategy session at Tekapo with lake views. Evening is relaxed for stargazing and bonding.
Day 4 — Tekapo to Queenstown: Return to Queenstown with scenic café breaks. Afternoon is free for incentive activities or spa options. Evening farewell dinner strengthens team connections.
