Vehicle type is matched to the confirmed passenger and luggage count. Private car, SUV, minivan, executive van, mini-coach or coach may be used. Oversized luggage, ski equipment, wheelchairs, strollers or sports equipment must be declared before confirmation. Driver-guide and separate driver + guide formats can vary by destination and group requirements.
Meals & dietary requests
Breakfast and any meals explicitly shown in the final quotation are included. Jain, vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-aware and other dietary preferences can be requested, but availability differs by region and hotel. Special meal requests are passed to suppliers in advance and remain subject to local availability.
Weather, seasonality & route changes
Pacific destinations are highly seasonal. Heavy rain, snow or ice, high winds, ferry disruption, rail engineering work, road closures, major events, daylight hours and attraction opening patterns can affect routing. Where a scheduled visit becomes impractical or unsafe, JainVoyagers may rearrange the day, substitute a comparable stop or change timings while protecting the overall trip value as far as operationally possible.
Accessibility, children & senior travellers
Families, seniors and travellers with reduced mobility are welcome. Child seats, booster seats, accessible vehicles, wheelchair assistance and reduced-walking programmes should be requested before booking. Some viewpoints, heritage sites, boat services, mountain areas and natural attractions may have uneven surfaces or limited accessibility, so the final programme should be reviewed against the traveller’s specific needs.
Flights & gateway connections
The air plan is aligned to the actual land itinerary. It shows a representative international gateway journey, practical domestic repositioning where required and final homebound travel. Published flight numbers remain planning references rather than guaranteed FIT inventory; exact operating dates, connection times, aircraft, baggage and fare rules are reconfirmed before ticketing.
Booking, confirmation & payment process
After receiving your enquiry, JainVoyagers prepares a date-specific proposal using the requested passenger count, hotel level, rooming, departure city and any special requirements. Space is not held until confirmed in writing unless the quotation explicitly states otherwise. Rates may change before deposit because hotels, flights, ferries, rail services, attraction tickets and transport operate with live availability.
Once the booking is accepted, the confirmation documents identify the payment schedule, cancellation terms, supplier conditions and services included. Final vouchers and operational details are normally issued after the required payments and supplier confirmations have been completed.
What travellers should arrange separately
Travellers remain responsible for valid passports, visas/eTAs where applicable, travel insurance, personal medical requirements, airline check-in, optional gratuities, personal expenses and any service not specifically listed as included. Travel insurance with cancellation, medical, interruption and baggage protection is strongly recommended for international travel.
